Herr Memorial Library, located in Mifflinburg, is one of three libraries in the Union County Library System.

The library offers a wide variety of programming for children, teens, and adults.  Past programs for children and teens have included: toddler/preschool story time, Engineering Club, Moms and Babies Meet Up, teen/tween crafts, Lego nights, and much more.
