What sets them apart: The Ideas Studio for Children strives for children to dig deeper into topics that fascinate them, have “A-HA” moments every day, have compassion for one another, and approach new experiences with confidence and wonder. Lisa believes that meaningful learning happens through adult-supported, child-initiated play, and that children are best prepared for later learning when they are given the respect and freedom to develop at their current ages and abilities.

The Ideas Studio for Children offers children opportunities to express themselves, discover, create, interact, question and explore materials, leading to development in all areas of learning: personal and social development – mathematical and scientific thinking – language and literacy development – community and global awareness – physical development – the arts – all within a safe, comfortable home.
