Youth Development  Program:  This is a GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPARATION program that will prepare athletes physically, mentally and emotionally for sports and life. Athletes will perform various body weight exercises, Carrying odd object, sled drags, sprinting, jumping and medicine ball circuits. The goal  here is to build self confidence, increase strength ,Speed  and agility in a positive EMPOWERING environment.  Younger athletes will be considered for entrance to the program based upon an evaluation.

High School Program:  A group session for HS athletes designed to increase Strength, Speed,  Agility,  Mental toughness and overall Athletic Performance.”
